10 tips to be orginized

Now we are all in to the routine back to work, to school, to the university etc, and one of the most important things is to get everything organized to be more efficient and have less stress, so we will start a bit easier, but if you just want to be organized and you don’t know how today I will give you 10 tips to achieve it!

1. Clean and keep clean your desk, one of the best tips I can give you is to keep your desk clean, not just cause you will have everything more organized and you will find everything easier but also mentally, see your desk clean and organized will help you to get your job done easier, study or just use the desk,

To make it easier and more fun use color folders to organized your things, books or papers, level them to find them easier and organized them alphabetically,

2. Get rid of every offices supplies you haven’t use in the last months from your desk, if you haven’t use them in few months is very likely you won’t use them in the next months, so clean up your desk of those things you don’t use and get more space free,

3. Create do list, that’s one of the most visual ways to get organized, do list of the things you need to do so when you see them it gets easier cause they are actually there, and just check them when they are done, I suggest you to do daily do list to don’t get overwhelmed, and as you get use to use them I recommend to do every day even in weekends,

4. Create a goal list, another of these list that will really help you, short and long terms goals, that will see you goals and be able to focus easier on them and try to get them done,

5. Choose one or two goas from that list that you want to achieve in the next 12 months, that will help you to don’t get overwhelm of all the things you want to in life, that will help you concentrate in one or two and get them done easier, but be realistic and get goals that you can get, with hard work and effort but realist,

6. Use just one calendar, don’t have to many calendars, on your desk, mobile, work, wall etc, that will cause to get too expanded with all your things to do, so use just one calendar and get everything write down there, meetings, events, exams etc, all in one,

7. Add weekly notes or post it on your calendar, to don’t get overwhelm I suggest you to do them every week to get the attention of your next week events, meetings or exams, that will make them more visible, but do not do that all the month at once cause the effect won’t be the same, so make sure you do it weekly,

8. Follow time tables, get some time tables done to be able to achieve all your daily goals, when the time comes just stop and move to the next thing to do,

9. Disconnect, switch off the tv, turn on soft music and put in silent the phone while the time you have schedule your do list, that will be much more effective and you will be done easier,

10. Reward yourself, every day you have all your do list done reward yourself, watch a chapter of your favorite serie, play for a while your favorite game or just spend some time in front of the tv, anything that you will be doing after being done with your daily do list will feel even better,
