Natural ways to boost your energy

Keeping the subject of these last post of back to the routine, stress and all that comes with the end of the summer season, I want to share with you some of my tips to those necessary boost of energy that goes great for changing routine states or just when we are down in energy,

A very easy natural tips, don’t require more than you willing to have more energy, so let´s start,

The first step is to knowing your body, what makes it activated and lift up the energy levels, is not necessary to take an energy drink to activate your body, know how it reacts is the first step,

Everything that makes our body react and be alert is good to lift up the energy levels, like turning on the light, luminosity, the light actives our body it tells it “is day time we need to be active” so when you feel down in energy open a window, let the light get in, or turn on a bright light, that will active you for sure,

The movement, being active, do some exercise, stretching, go up some stairs, doesn’t have to be intense exercise, simply be active to lift up the energy, so when I am for long time in front of the computer and feeling down I stand up and do for a few minutes some exercise, do some stretching or do some cardio movement, that recharges my batteries!

Fresh air, take a walk, take a breath and leave the mind clear is the best technique not just to lift up the energy but also to take a break and relax, take some minutes to disconnect, breath fresh air and relax makes miracles, if you want a good kick spend the day in the country side or the mountain, that fresh air will raise the energy levels to a extraordinary levels,

Turn up the music, vibrant and energetic music! turn it loud and let your body to start moving and dancing! that will activate anybody! my trick is when I am very busy doing something and I can’t stop but I am feeling too stress and down I put on some good energetic music pretty loud and let my body shake while I am doing my work, goes from stress and down to energetic and fun!

Eat fruits, the sugar of the fruit gives a temporary energy boost that can helps us to kick that down moment, is much better that taking any other types of sugar with short period of high energy, so go for a fruit,

Drink water, take a big glass of water with an empty stomach wake us up like no other thing, if you take this glass of water in the morning is a very good way to wake up,

And the last one and the weirds of all is to take a gum, chew a gum makes your body to stay alert, so if you are feeling down don’t doubt in try this one out!
