Essential oils are not a new discovery, they been around from the first civilizations, but in the last years they been back on first terms being the main characters of many skin care lines and special products, something that makes me very happy cause and strong believer of the benefits of the essential oils,

Today I will tell you everything you need to know about them, what really are and how they can help us,

The essential oils are dry oils, they don’t add oil to the skin, but much hydration in all the areas, can be apply on the skin, face, hair, lashes, nails and in daily bases, contains different types of antioxidant, vitamins and minerals working synergistically to create the best effect, and the best of all they are substances that can work in their naturals state, they don’t need to be altered on the lab to be effective or to be able to use them, can be use right away from the plants, au natural, 

There are many types of essential oils and different benefits, for example the prickly pear seed oil it has a high levels of vitamin E which helps us control the aging effects in a very natural way or argan oil is perfect to help us to control the oil skin and also the acne, 

One of the most known oils is the rose hip oil well known for its regenerations properties, perfect to add to your daily skin care routine,

For the hair the best oils are the sweet almonds, coconut and argan oils, they are the most hydrated for the hair and also for the light weight they don’t add extra heaviness to the hair but moisturizing in depth the hair, but careful with the amount you use, this effect can be the opposite,

Add a few drops of the essential oil you chosen to your daily skin care moisturizer can do very much for your skin, I do it myself and I always recommend it, I also add a bit of argan oil to the ends of my hair before going to sleep,
