Today we are doing a fantasy makeup look  and I decided to do Effie from the Catching fire movie, a very special makeup that recreates the society style of the world that The Hunger Games is developed, emphasizing the pale faces, intense and bright colors on the eyes and lips and very big wig with excessive accessories.

Effie is the character that select the participants of the Hunger Games from each section, a very impressive scene cause for the very shocking different between the poor population of these sections and the rich people that Effie represents.

A makeup where we will create a very pale face, with a very bright pink eyes, paper false lashes with different designs and a very intensive fuchsia lips with a reduce shape, very striking look to be the attention on parties, photo shots or at carnival.
