Be on shape at home without gym

To be on shape is a new year´s resolution in many people, but not all fall through cause that demands motivation and time to go to the gym! well today I am going to share with you some tips to be on shape at home where you can adjust your schedule and necessities and the result will motive you to keep going!

But we have to have to make our mind that exercise  needs dedication and constancy, but also exercise elevates serotonin which is also called happiness hormone, thanks to do exercise this levels rises and we will fell happier, satisfied and with the feeling of well job done.

The first thing is to get some time for the exercise, with 15 minutes every day will be enough to get in shape, so you don´t have excuses.  Put on your work out clothes and trainers and let´s get started!

1. Is very important to do cardiovascular exercise, so run or bike will be great, but if you can do that you can walk, try to walk instead of taking the bus or the car, use the stairs… be more active.

2. Tone your legs, do squats daily, that will tone them nicely, will define your buttocks and thighs, lift them up and define them. Keep constancy and start with 20 repeats until you do 120 every day, that will do miracles. A trick is to have a chair and make the move to sit but not get to do i and lift up again.

3. The waist! abs are important but not everyone like to do hundreds of them, but there is a solution much faster, do the plank, hold your body on the floor with your elbows for a long as you can, don´t get pain on your back, if that happen relaxed and do it again, try to hold the position for 20 seconds and repeat it a few times, that will hard up that area.

4. The upper part of the body also counts for the perfect balance! and again not every are fan of doing weighlifting, so another concentrate exercise is coming, push ups! I know I know that sounds too much, it takes strength but with time it will get easier. Start by doing push up from the knees and look down while you are doing them. Start with 5 repeats and built up to 10 or 15 repeats. That will tone your shoulders, triceps, biceps and chest.

Repeat this routine daily, leaving one day to rest and you will see results in just some weeks, I promise! I´ve been doing this and I am very happy and with great results!

So let´s get that resolution started at home!
