Nail Friday very playful! Verónica brings us today a very fun and striking nail manicure and very easy to do, we will all be able to recreate this manicure and enjoy this mixed of shine and matte finish very special, here I leave you with here.
Hi everyone! here we are, finally nail friday is here, our time to play with our manicure! and today we are going to play even more! we are going to play with finishes more that with the nail polish tones as we had done so far, we are going to create a design using a nail polish shine finish tone and a matte top coat!
You´ll see how extremely easy is to do and that you will be able to let your imagination take over and create your own designs.
Let´s go for it,
Materials we used:
*Base color nail polish, Bourjois 25 In the Navy.
*Shine color nail polish for design, Masglo Atractiva.
*Matt top coat, Masglo Matificador.
I had chosen a blue base nail polish, but you can choice which color you prefer, we will add a couple of coats and we will let it dry completely.
Is important to make sure from the beginning that you pay attention on the details, if you paint out of the nail borders you have to clean it up, use a cotton rob dipped on nail polish remover and clean the edges, making sure if nice and polish, this is one of the facts that makes a normal manicure become professional finish manicure.
Next step will be to add a matte finish top coat on all the nails.
Some matte top coats takes a couple of layers to get a real matte finish, this way you can also play how much matte you want this manicure to be.
Now we will move to the design! take your blue shimmer or shine finish nail polish tone, in my case I had chosen a very metallic finish to give an extra contrast.
Add some product in a paper to make it easier to reach to it and use a pricker to start making dots on your nail, making different sizes in random places as you want.
You can try to use the brush that comes with the nail polish if you want, but you will need a steady hand for that, also you can use a pin to do it.
We will add this design on the point and ring finger.
Continue with the next design, now we are going to do a geometric design, we can use a paper tape if you need to, for more precise finish or if you have a steady hand you can try to do a free hand design.
Creates lines making a angle of 90 degrees, making look like you interlayer one shiner line, one matte line, one shiner line, one mate line until we cover all the nails.
This second design will go to the thumb, the middle finger and little finger.
And cause we add the matte top coat we won´t add any more top coats.
We can create the forms and designs we want, and we can use a color shiner tone instead of the same blue tone type of nail polish, your imagination is your limit!
