Here we are, friday, and today is Nail Friday and Verónica wanted to do her first manicure involving an extra tool, using a technique for that, I´ll leave you with her.
Hi! today´s manicure is going to be our first manicure involving a technique using an external object, an extra tool that everyone has around. Step by step I will be increasing the difficulty and I will add new techniques in our manicures, but slowly don´t worry, let´s start.
Products used:
*Base Masglo with keratine.
*Coral nail polish with shimmer Masglo Caprichosa.
*Metallic grey nail polish Masglo Nocturna.
*Top coat Masglo shine drying.
1. Start with clean, dry, smoothed and with our favorite base on.
2. Choose your favorite tone that will be the base color, I had chose a shimmer coral, and apply a couple of coats and let it dry completely.
3. Take scotch tape or in my case paper tape and cut same sides strips that will be our guides on the design.
4. Take the strips and place two of them in parallel from half of the nail to the tip and place a third one across this two previous leading more to one side of the border.
5. Do the same technique in every single nail that you want this design to be, I had chose to do it on the index finger and ring finger, but you can do it in each finger if you want.
6. Take the second choice nail polish, in my case is a metallic grey and apply it from half of the strip placed closer to the base of your nail to the tip, and I say half of the strip cause that way we will get a perfect straight line once we take off the strips.
7. Let it get completely dry.
You can apply a second coat if you think the intensity or pigmentation of the nail polish is not enough and you want a more solid finish.
8. Once the nail polish is completely dry take of the strips and you will see a perfect design, with straight lines and polishes forms in a easy and fast way.
9. And as final touch apply a shine coat or top coat to prevent the manicure from getting ruin to quickly and we are done!
And this is the manicure, as you can see it looks striking and special but at the same time is easy to do, it just takes a bit of time to get the lawyers dry between steps.
