Hola a tod@s, como os conté la semana pasada está semana fuí al stand de Kiehl´s en Nuevos Ministerios a una consulta con uno de los especialistas de la marca, Luis me atendió con una amabilidad y con unos conocimientos que hace de la experiencia algo muy agradable y con unos resultados muy interesantes.
Hi everyone, today I am going to talk about what I announced the last week, my appoitment to see an specialist at the Kiehl´s stand in Nuevos Ministerios. Luis gave me the best attention and with his kindness and knowledge made the experience a very nice and with great results.
Lo primero que te pregunta nada más sentarte es que le expliques tu rutina diaria, de día, de noche y también tu rutina semanal.
The frist thing from the moment you sat down is ask your daily rutine, day, night and also the weekly rutine.
Una vez le cuentas esto él ya sabe cuanto te cuidas y si lo haces bien, entonces te hace un par de pequeñas pruebas, una para ver si tienes la piel hidratada y la segunda para comprobar cuantos lipidos tienes en el rostro.

Una vez realizada estas pruebas que nos indica el nivel de hidratación y que tipo de piel tienes, seca, mixta, normal o grasa. Él se pasea por el stand eligiendo el mejor tratamiento para ti.
Once these two test are done he knows more about your skin, if it´s hydrated and how type of skin you have, dry, combination or oily skin. So he starts to go around the stand picking up products.
Una vez tenga todo el tratamiento te lo vá presentando y explicando el porque necesitas uno u otro y la especialidad de cada uno, como funcionan y como aplicarlos. De una forma muy detallada y muy explicativa. Probando texturas y aromas.
With all the products he will start presenting them to you and start to explain them to you, why this one and not the other one, what does each of them, how they works and how to apply them. In a very detail and explanatory way. Trying textures and fragrances.
Para acabar Luis me hizo una exfoliación, masaje e hidratación de mis manos!, todo un privilegio que mientras lo hacia me contaba los pasos, el porque y los productos y sus aplicaciones.
To finish the appoitment he did an exfoliation, massage and moisturizing of my hands, a very privige moment where he was telling me about the steps, the reason, the products and the way to apply them.
Fué una gran experiencia, sales del stand sabiendo que tipo de piel tienes, que pasos tienes que seguir para obtener los mejores resultados, si tienes que cambiar o continuar con la rutina que llevas o aumentarla.
It was an amazing experience, you leave the stand knowing what type of you skin you have, the steps you need to follow to get the best result, what you need to change or keep doing or add to your rutine.
Es muy intersante y creo que no es tan fácil recibir este tipo de consultas en otras marcas sino es pagando por un estudio o asesoramiento.
It´s very interesting and I think is not that easy to find a place that will do a consultations like this without paying for a study or advice.
En pocas palabras una buena experiencia que recomiendo.
In a few words it was an amazing experience that I will recommend.
Lo que si me comentó Luis es que para realizar este tipo de asesoramientos a veces es mejor pedir una cita para asegurarte de que van a tener tiempo para ti.
The only problem that Luis told me can happen is timing, it´s better to get an appoitment to ensure they will be able to have the time for you.

Eso si es una buena atención.
Es todo un detalle por su parte que asesoren tan bien a las clientas. Es lo que deberían de hacer todas las marcas pero normalmente es todo lo contrario, meten prisa para vender y para que nos vayamos. Un besito.
Luís es un amor, además de conocer perfectamente la marca y todas las propiedades de sus productos, es maravilloso escucharle.
Yo tengo pendiente también pedir mi cita para el taller, a ver si puede ser esta semana.
