Hola a tod@s, hoy os quiero traer mi rutina de limpieza y desmaquillado del rostro usando los productos de Clarins. Hay dos tipos de rutina, el de la noche o más intenso y el de día o más ligero. Os voy a contar mi rutina de limpieza de noche y al final os contaré que productos se usarían para hacer la limpieza de día o ligera.
Hi everyone, today I am going to show you my facial cleansing and make-up removing rutine using Clarins products. There is two types or rutine, the night rutine or more intense rutine and the day rutine or more light a simple rutine. I will tell you my night or intense rutine and at the end of the post I will let you know the steps for the day or light rutine.
Hay varios pasos que son imprescindibles para una correcta limpieza, pasos que nos olvidamos y que tenemos que hacer para ver mejoría en nuestro rostro y ayudar a nuestro rostro a verse más sano y deslumbrante.
There is a few steps that are essential for a correct cleansing, steps that sometimes we forget and we need them to keep a more healthy and fresh looking skin.
Los productos de los que voy a hablar y os voy a enseñar en este post son productos para pieles normales o mixtas, para pieles más sensibles o pieles grasas habría que sustituir los productos por los que mejor vayan a ese tipo de rostro pero la rutina seguiría siendo la misma.
All the products that I will talk about and show you in this post are for normal combination skin, you can change the products if you have sensitive or oily skin that you think works better on your skin but the rutine will stay the same.

Let´s start!
Siempre empezaremos la rutina desmaquillando, aunque llevemos poco maquillaje, porque los productos desmaquillantes están diseñados para hacer exactamente eso, retirar el maquillaje. Podríamos empezar desmaquillando el rostro y luego los ojos, o al contrario que es lo que yo hago. ¿Porque? para evitar que al retirar el maquillaje del rostro el maquillaje de ojos se pueda correr así que yo retiro primero el maquillaje de ojos y luego el maquillaje de cara. Esto es preferencia de cada uno.
We will always start with make-up removing, even if we have a natural make-up, cause these make-up removers products are made speciallly for that, to remove make-up. We can start with the face and then remove the make-up of the eyes, but personally I like to start removing the eye make-up and then the face make-up, but this is a personal decision.
Dentro de este paso nos vamos a encontrar dos tipos de desmaquillantes de ojos, uno ligero para maquillajes más suaves y faciles de retirar y un desmaquillante intenso o express para maquillajes de ojos más intensos y dramaticos o para maquillaje resistente al agua.
Once we are in this step, we have two options, we can use a glentle eye make-up remover, for a more light soft make-up, and a express make-up remover for more dramatic and intense eye make-ups, and waterproof products.
1. (a) Desmaquillante de ojos (intenso).
1. (a) Eye make-up remover (intense)
Con extractos de rosa y de aciano para desmaquillar suavemente los ojos. Aceites ultrafinos que permiten retirar los maquillajes más intensos.
With rose and cornflower extracts to gently remove the eye make-up. Ultrafine oils remove the stains and the more intense make-up.
Un desmaquillante bifásico, mitad desmaquillante de ojos, mitad aceite, para poder retirar sin problema los maquillajes más intensos o productos resistentes al agua.
A biphasic remover, half make-up remover, half oil, to be able to melt the more strong and waterproof make-up.
Forma de aplicación:
*Agitamos bien el frasco para mezclar los dos ingredientes.
*Cogemos un disco de algodón y añadimos un poco de producto en el disco.
*Ponemos el disco encima del ojo, y lo dejamos unos 10 segundos sin moverlo para dejar que el producto deshaga el maquillaje.
*Una vez pasado este tiempo retiraremos el disco de algodón, con mucho cuidado, sin arrastrar. Poco a poco con el algodón iremos retirando lo que pueda quedar de maquillaje.
*Con un algodón limpio repetiremos el proceso en el otro ojo.
How to apply it:
*Shake the bottle to mix the products together.
*Add some product to a cotton disk.
*Set the disk on your eye and leave it there for about 10 seconds to let the remover to melt the make-up.
*Once the time has past, remove the disk withtout dragging. An softly without dragging remove the rest of the product left.
*With a clean cotton disk do the same on the other eye.

1. (b) Desmaquillante de ojos (ligero).
1. (b) Eye make-up remover (gentle).
Con agua de rosa calmante, aciano tonificante y poteínas de soja para fortalecer las pestañas, todo ello en este loción suave para desmaquillar los ojos con suavidad.
With pink calming water, toning cornflower and soy potheinus to strengthen the eyelashes, all in this gentle lotion for removing make the eyes make-up gently.
Un desmaquillante más ligero y delicado para maquillajes más naturales y suaves.
An eye make-up remover for more light and natural looks.
Forma de aplicación:
*Agitamos bien el frasco para mezclar los dos ingredientes.
*Cogemos un disco de algodón y añadimos un poco de producto en el disco.
*Ponemos el disco encima del ojo, y lo dejamos unos 10 segundos sin moverlo para dejar que el producto deshaga el maquillaje.
*Una vez pasado este tiempo retiraremos el disco de algodón, con mucho cuidado, sin restregar. Poco a poco con el algodón iremos retirando lo que pueda quedar de maquillaje.
*Con un algodón limpio repetiremos el proceso en el otro ojo.
How to apply it:

2. Desmaquillante de rostro, leche desmaquillante.
2. Face make-up remover, cleansing milk.
Con hierbas de los Alpes, corazoncillo, almendra dulce, malvavisco y tilo, esta suave emulsión acaricia la piel y la deja asombrosamente nítida y aterciopelada.
With Alpine herbs, wort, sweet almond, morshmallow and lime, this soft caressing emulsion leavs the skin and amazingly crisp and velvety.
Un producto más cremoso que nos ayudará a retirar todo el maquillaje de rostro emulsionandolo y eliminandolo.
A creamy product that will help us to remove the rest of the make-up from the face, emulsifying.
Forma de aplicación:
*Añade un poco de producto en la punta de tus dedos.
*Frota los dedos de las manos unos contra otros para calentar el producto.
*Aplicalo en el rostro en movimientos circulares, emulsionando el maquillaje. Durante varios segundos.
*Retiraremos el producto, o bien con un disco de algodón, o bien con agua.
How to apply it:
*Add a small amount of product in your fingers.
*Rub the fingers together to warm up the product.
*Apply the product into your face in circualr movements, to emulsify the make-up. Do this for a few seconds.
*Take off the product, with a cotton disk or rising with water.

3. Espuma limpiadora.
3. Cleanser Foam.
Tu piel perfectamente limpiada por una espuma generosa y suave, gracias a la pepita de algodón, que se elimina al contacto vivificante con el agua fresca.
Your skin perfectly cleansed by a generous lather and smooth, thanks to the cotton seed, which is eliminated on contact with fresh water invigorating.
Este producto nos ayudará a limpiar completamente el rostro de los posibles restos de maquillaje y suciedad que nos pueda haber quedado después de maquillaje.
This product will help us to cleanse and remove the rest of the make-up left and the dirt of your face.
Este es un paso muy importante que no debemos saltar, ya que no siempre vale con el desmaquillado para dejar el rostro limpio.
This is a very important step that we often skip, it´s not enough with just the make-up remover, we need to cleanse also.
Forma de aplicación:
*Mojaremos el rostro para hacer más facil la aplicación del limpiador.
*Añadiremos un poco de producto en la punta de los dedos.
*Frotaremos los dedos de las dos manos creando la espuja en nuestros dedos.
*Aplicaremos el producto en movimientos circulares por todo el rostro retirando todo el posible resto de maquillaje y suciedad que pueda quedar.
*Realizaremos estos movimientos durante varios segundos asegurandonos que lo hacemos por todo el rostro, cuello y orejas.
*Aclararemos con agua tibia.
How to apply it:
*Damp four face to make it easier to the product to work.
*Add a bit of product on your finger.
*Rub to create the foam in our fingers.
*Apply the product to your face in circular movements, to take all the make-up and dirt left.
*Do this step for a few seconds, all over the face, neck and ears.
*Rising with warm water.

4. Tónico.
4. Toning lotion.
Con hierbas de los Alpes, tilo, manzanilla, una loción calmante y fresca, bienestar para la piel.
With Alpine herbs, linden, chamomile, soothing lotion and fresh, well-being for the skin.
El tónico nos ayuda a devolver el equilibro y el PH del rostro que el agua nos altera y para cerrar los poros que hemos abierto con el agua tibia.
The toning lotion will bring back the balance and PH to our face after rising with water and will close the pures.
Este es otro paso imprescindible en la rutina, es imprescindible devolver ese equilibrio y PH al rostro antes de continuar con la rutina de hidratación.
Another essential step that also we often skip, we need it to bring back the balance and PH to our face to continue with the hydration rutine.
Forma de aplicación:
*Añadiremos un poco de producto en un disco de algodón.
*Sin arrastrar iremos añadiendo el producto al rostro, a toques, para cerrar los poros.
*Si nos queda producto en el rostro una vez aplicado podemos pasar la mano a toques para retirar el resto, ya que nos produciría resequedad, una mano en la frente, una mano en las mejillas y una mano en la barbilla.
How to apply it:
*Add a bit of product on a cotton disk.
*Without draggin apply the product to our skin, tapping.
*If there is product left in our face removing tapping your hand into your have to avoid to get the face dry, on hand on the forehead, one hand in each cheeck and on hand on the chin.

Ahora tendríamos el rostro totalmente limpio, ahora pasaríamos a añadir nuestra hidratación. Serum, concentrado, aceite, contorno de ojos e hidratación, o cuál sea nuestra rutina de hidratación e irnos a dormir sin problema de llevar ningún tipo de suciedad con nosotr@s en nuestro rostro a la cama.
And now we will have the face completely clean and ready for the next step, hydation rutine. Serum, concentrate, face oil, eye cream and moistirizer cream, or your hydration rutine and we can go to bed knowing that we are not taking with us all the dirt and make-up.
Para la rutina de día usariamos:
For a day rutine we will use:
1. Espuma limpiadora, con el mismo metodo de aplicación.
2. Tónico, con el mismo metodo de aplicación.
3. Hidratación con SPF, protección solar.
1. Cleanser foam, with the same method of application.
2. Toning lotion, with the same method of application.
3. SPF moisturizer.
Y estaríamos preparados para maquillanos, si fuera el caso.
And we are ready for our make-up, if it is the case.

de clarins para el desmaquillado y limpieza no he probado nada, pero me han causado muy buena sensacion. Yo es que tambien soy de desmaquillar primero los ojos con un bifasico y el resto con un aceite, y luego ya paso a las limpiadoras jeje
