Hola a tod@s, hoy os voy a hablar de los tipos de ojos y los maquillajes que me mejor les van, me lo habéis pedido mucho y quería hacer un post para explicarlo mejor y con más detalle.

La mejor técnica para «corregir» la forma de los ojos al igual que la cara es la técnica de claro y oscuro, luces y sombras, para crear ilusiones opticas que nos harán cambiar la forma de nuestros ojos.

Ojos muy juntos.

Si tenemos los ojos muy juntos, necesitamos crear una ilusión optica de que los ojos están más separados, como lo haremos? primero jugaremos con las sombras oscuras para extender los ojos por la parte más externa de ellos, haciendo ver que los ojos acaban más cerca del final del rostro. Y usaremos sombras claras en la zona centro, la zona del lagrimal para crear más iluminación en esta zona y hacer aparentar más espacio entre ellos.
If we have close set-eyes, we will need to create an optical illusion to look more separate, how we will do it? first we will use dark eyeshadows to expand the outer part of the eye, making look like the end of the eyes is farther out side of the face. Ojos muy separados.

Cuando el caso es al revés, los ojos están muy separados jugaríamos con las sombras socuras para crear más sombra y oscuridad en la zona centro y zona del lagrimal para que parezcan más juntos. Y dejaríamos la sombra oscura justo al limite del ojo en la parte más externa.
When the case is the other way around, widely spaced eyes, we will use dark eyeshadows in the center of the eyes, in the tear dot area to create more shadow in this area and make it looks like they are closer together. And we will stop the dark eyeshadow in the outer part of the eye, not extend it more.
Ojos muy rasgados.
Slanted eyes.
Si tienes los ojos más rasgados y les quieres dar una forma más almendrada, usaremos sombras, lápices o eyeliner más oscuros para crear una pequeña subida, una curva en la parte más centrar del ojo en la zona del parpado superior, de está manera daremos una apariencia más redonda de los ojos, con el eyeliner crearemos una linea al ras de las pestañas y en la zona más centrica engrosaremos la linea.
If we have more slanted eyes and we want to create a more almond form, we will use eyeshadows, pencils or dark eyeliner to create a small rise, a small curve in the center part of the upper lip, this way we will give an appearance more round to the eyes, with an eyeliner we will create a line through the upper lash line and in the center of the lash line we will rise and we will get it thick in this area.
Ojos muy redondos.
Rounded eyes.
Si tienes los ojos redondos y quieres dar una apariencia más alargada, jugaremos con el final del ojo y con sombras oscuras alargando el final del ojo, tanto con sombras o eyeliner, nos dará una visión más alargada y forma de gato.
If we have more rounded eyes and we want to get more slanted eyes, we will work in the end of the eye with dark eyeshadows or eyeliners, to slanted the eye, we will create a vision more like a cat eye, more slanted eye.
Ojos hundidos.
Sunken eyes.
Para disimular los ojos hundidos huiremos de las sombras oscuras que nos darán más apariencia de hundidos, jugaremos con sombras pastel, claritas y suaves para disimular el hundimientos y dar más luminosidad en el parpado móvil. Podemos seguir usando sombras pastel para looks de noche, si queremos disimular ese tipo de ojos las sombras oscuras tienen que evitarse.
If we want to hide the sunken eyes we will espace from the dark eyeshadows that will give more sunken illusion, we will use light eyeshadows, paste and soft to hide the sinking and to give more highlight in the lid. We will still use pastel eyeshadows for evening looks, is we want to hide this type of eyes we will espace from dark eyeshadows.
Ojos saltones.
Bulging eyes.
Cuando los ojos son más saltones, haremos lo contrarío usaremos sombras oscuras para crear más profundidad al ojo y oscureces el parpado móvil, las sombras claras darán más luminosidad al ojo y resaltaran más cosa que queremos evitar. Los looks oscuros y sombras muy oscuras nos ayudarán a disimular este tipo de ojos.
If we have bulging eyes, we will use dark eyeshadows to create more depth in the lip area, the light eyeshadows will give more highlight this area and that we want to avoid. The dark looks and dark eyeshadows will help us to hide these type of eyes.
Ojos muy pequeños.
Small eyes.
Los ojos pequeños pueden ser «corregidos» usando delineadores de ojos claros en la linea de agua y extender la sombra por toda la zona del parpado móvil y cuenca y también la zona externa del ojo y la línea inferior de pestañas, creando un arco externo en el ojo.
The small eyes can be «correct» using light eyeliner in the waterline and expanding the eyeshadow all the way to the crease, the upper part of the eye and the lower part of the lash line, creating an arch in the outer part of the eye.
Ojos muy grandes.
Big eyes.
Si los ojos son muy grandes y los queremos empequeñecer, usaremos delineadores oscuros en la línea del agua, sin sombra nos dará el mayor efecto de empequeñecimiento pero podemos usar sombras al ras de la linea de las pestañas.
If you have big eyes and we want to look smaller we will use dark eyeliner in the waterline, and just like that we will get the stronger effect but if we want we can add some dark eyeshadow right in the lash line.
