After these days of big meals, sweets, drinks and much of everything, we have to give to our body a detox break to recover, it will be thankful,

Start the next few days with a much healthier breakfast, wait until you are hungry and go for a enriched fiber cereals, add a bit of fruit like pears for an extra antioxidant boost and stop when you are not more hungry,

Eating fruit helps you to burn whats left of alcohol in your system cause the fructose, add greek yogurt for its high concentration of proteins and has probiotic bacterias that helps our system, and a touch of nuts is another perfect breakfast options or even desert,

Replaced coffee for tea, that will help your body to eliminate toxins, liquid retentions and heavy feeling, go for rooibos tea, green tea or even chai tea that has a bit of spice in it that will accelerate your metabolism,

Go for a bit more exercise these days, even if just parking your car and stop using the public service and take a walk, or even go to work walking, maybe just parking your car a bit farther than normally or getting of the bus or metro before your station and do the rest of the way walking, that will help you burn the excess calories we ate these days and keep you active,

Drink more water, try to increase the water intake every day to help your body to eliminate toxins,

Avoid sweets for a few days to control the glucose level on our system and also reduce the calorie intakes,

And most of all rest, relax, disconnect, enjoy these days and indulge yourself, but keep the control,
