The diet or better said the balance eating is very important, having a balance daily intake and get a healthy body, sin, hair, nails and organs,

We all know more or less about the healthy eating options that we can and must include in our diet like vegetables, fruits etc… but today we are doing a step farther and I will give you some food options to add in our diet that gives an extra nutrients that we may unknow, let’s begin,

Seaweed, this is a very popular food inAsia for its high content in iodine and minerals, can be used as a complement on salads for it’s salty taste, but can also be eaten as a snack or as a delicious sushi wrapper, helps control the thyroid, as a gelatinous texture but are resistant bitting, so is perfect for a fullness feeling for its texture,

Quinoa, this is one of my favorite meals, this is my first choice alternative to rice and potatoes, is high in protein and contains essential amino acids, is a great alternative to more intense carbohydrates, essentially is like a grain and get’s cooked like a rice and can be add on salads, garnish or in a soup,

Kale, this is a great choice for saldas for being green and low in calories, is detoxifying and it has flavonoid, fiber and is antioxidante and anti-inflammatory, good for eating as snack and if you place them in a baking tray and cook them for a few minutes you will have a healthy alternative for chips,

Chia seeds, these seeds don’t need to be cooked but baked taste a bit better, is packed with Omega·3 and fiber and it’s great to add in saldas for the texture or add a spoon on a yogurt for your daily fiber and Omega·3 dosis,

Hemp seeds, these seeds are like a small fruit that have a high content in iron, fiber, Omega·3, magnesium, potassium and protein and it’s perfect as a complement in your breakfast on a yogurt or in a salad,

Blueberries, this red fruit is plump of antioxidant and flavonoids that protects cells that carries the memory, so is very recommended to add to your diet as dried fruit, juice or as part of other food, also helps to control urinary infections, packed also with water so is very moisturizing,

Red peppers, this is one of the foods that five less important but is packed with antioxidant, contains lots of water and help protecting the eyes from diseases like cataracts, and is the sweetest of the peppers so is great to include in salads, side dish, cooked etc…

Coccao, this is not only the main ingredient of the delicious chocolate but also is packed with flavonoids and antoxidants and helps control cholesterol and blood pressure, but to get the benefits without the extra sugar is better to use de cocoa seeds o cocoa powder and add them to your coffee, yogurt or cereals,
